The Austrian amateur radio society has been celebrating their 90 years of existence by looking back at their past. Now, we are ready to look at our future and will do so at the ham-radio fair in Friedrichshafen by celebrating the OEVSV’s 90th anniversary and by setting the Youngsters On The Air program as its top priority not only for this year but for the future of existence.  At the occasion of the youth summer camp 2016 in Wagrain, Salzburg, Austria, the Austrian Radio Leage (OEVSV) is offering an award which can be applied for by active radio amateurs and also by SWLs.  During the time of the youth summer camp, which will be held from 16. July 2016 until 23. July 2016, special Austrian amateur radio stations will be QRV at the camp. These stations will have the call sign OE2YOTA.

Requirements: Depending on the Award class (Bronze, Silver, Gold or Diamond) a certain number of QSOs with call signs OE2YOTA must be logged. All bands and all modes are permitted.

The four award classes are for the following number of QSOs with OE2YOTA:

5 QSO's 10 QSO's 15 QSO's 20 QSO's

The award can be applied for via post or e-mail. A fee of €10.00 for a printed version or €3.00 for a pdf version is payable to ÖVSV-Diplommanager, Aich 4, A-9800 Spittal an der Drau, Austria. The application must reach the diplom manager with a copy of the log and the fee
not later than 31. December 2016.  Applications for the award via email are to be sent to diplom@oevsv.at.
